My first contacts with Paul started out a few years back in 2003 when he was interested in some sanzinia i had for sale. We agreed on a deal and he got his sanzinia and i got several ball pythons from him, for both of us it was a plunge in the deep as matter of speaking as overseas shipping was involved and for both of us it was a question of we both would live up to our promises as in this business a lot of promises are made but very often reality prooves to be different. To cut a long story short besides the 2003 shipment i bought ballpythons from him in 2004, 2005 and will have some more in 2006 and each and every shipment went perfect and the animals were top notch besides this Paul has prooven to be a very reliable business partner time and time over again.

I purchased an expensive adult pair of Amazon Basin Emerald Tree Boas from Paul Miles on August 24, 2005. The male is perhaps one of the finest in the country with a black head and striking white markings and the female has the broadest white stripe I have ever seen on an adult Basin. Both arrived in great shape as represented. Paul Miles guided me through the breeding process with numerous phone calls and emails and as a result, the female is gravid and due in August, 2006. Working with the Boa Barn has been a very positive experience for me and I would not hesitate to purchase additional high dollar animals from Paul Miles.

Hey Paul,

Thanks for the snake! The hardest part is resisting the temptation to handle her but I haven’t gotten her out too much. I was wondering what your feeding schedule was and what size mice to feed. I have some kind of saw dust for the substrate that came with the Vision, but I have heard that can get up between the scales. What do you think, and what substrate do you recommend? Also, I was wondering when I should expect her to shed. I also wanted to thank you for the great customer service. It was really hard to spend that much money over the internet but like you said I am totally pleased with the animal. Please send this to other people who are apprehensive about buying a snake over the internet. As a poor college student I’ll be the first to say that Boa Barn rocks!!!

We first met Paul Miles at the 2006 Mid Atlantic Reptile Show.  He was very friendly and answered all our questions.  We had flown out for the show and hadn't planned on making any purchases, but Paul told us there would be no problem shipping if we decided to do so.  After much deliberation, and checking Paul's reputation on the internet, we returned the next day and purchased 4 ball pythons.  The snakes were shipped as scheduled and received in great shape...but it doesn't end there.  Paul has taken the time to keep in contact with us and check up on the snakes to see how they are doing.  Talk about great customer service!

Meeting Paul and dealing with him have both been a pleasure.  We wouldn't think twice about making a purchase from him and hope to do so again in the future.
